I have successfully; transitioned our company to an all-remote state by incorporating best practices from ITIL and Gitlab Remote playbook with our internal needs and culture. It took me a long time and effort to align the company's unique characteristics and needs with the new remote environment, which I am proud of and learned a lot from it. people at Pixflow came to me one day and offered me a big enterprise project with limitless new challenges so I said I'm in. Postpace is a postproduction solution for video artists and enterprise studio's which enables them to manage their assets; collaborate on them and output results safer and faster than traditional methods. main achievements: multi-tenant distributed service based on microservice saga design pattern realtime collaborative web app distributed serverless parallel transcoder based on FFmpeg various tools and designs are incorporated with this product which is too long to explain in a simple resume.

many things had changed for me since my last project. and the skills I learned made me who I am now. from different system designs and development challenges in back-end and front-end to team management and business insights. life was good; I was developing mostly web apps and mobile apps all by myself. I also consulted tech companies on approaches to improve themselves

Bongah solution was a massive project which handled real estate filing to closing home sales and etc. Bongah enabled enterprise-level real estate agencies to manage their agents and handle customer inquiries (both seller and buyer). we researched thoroughly the traditional workflow and designed a product with modern simpler processes that manage agent chores and tracks its productivity results at the same time. many web fronts and marketing tools gather customer inquiries and then it connects each inquiry with the best match in house and agent, based on many attributes and their activity history. this was fun to do we gathered our agent demographic and a log of its successful and unsuccessful inquiries and we give him a score to handle a specific type of customerdemographic with comparable needs. it was not an ai thing but it worked pretty well after 6 month of data gathering. its analytical data was helpful also for agency managers too. so success after success :D

As a result of my success full the last project I was tasked to develop a touch stand kiost for small to medium real estate agencies that provided 3d tour of the desired houses. project was completed using threejs and angular js as main tools

the project was about a touch table for fast foods which connects to the main shop pos and receive custom made pizza s as orders build by customers sitting at the table. I did it in angularjs
